This Labor Day—September 7th—BoxSTRONG is proud to host the 2nd Annual FORGE, a high-energy, purpose-driven fitness competition that brings together athletes of all abilities in an unforgettable display of grit, community, and purpose.
The Forge was founded on a simple but powerful truth: just as metal is refined in fire, people are shaped through challenge. Last year, our community came together to prove that fitness can be more than a personal pursuit—it can be a catalyst for meaningful impact. This year, we continue that mission.
Each year, The Forge is dedicated to a cause greater than ourselves. Together, we unite our community around a mission God has placed on our hearts, using fitness as a platform to raise awareness, inspire action, and make a lasting impact. In 2026, 100% of The Forge proceeds will benefit The Asservo Project.
Asservo is a Latin word meaning "to watch over" or "to guard." The Asservo Project exists to combat global human trafficking, child exploitation, and sexual predators through strategic intervention, education, and protection. They also walk alongside survivors in their recovery while supporting efforts to bring perpetrators to justice. Their mission is to protect the vulnerable, restore lives, and help end human trafficking through courageous action.
Our goal is simple: to welcome the wellness seekers of Beaver County—and beyond—into an event where fitness becomes a force for good. Together, we will challenge ourselves physically while standing alongside The Asservo Project to bring hope, protection, and restoration to those who need it most.
The theme of the 2026 Forge is anchored in Nehemiah 4:9:
"But we prayed to our God and posted a guard day and night to meet this threat."
As Nehemiah and the people of Jerusalem rebuilt the walls, they responded to opposition with both dependence on God and decisive action. They prayed, stood watch, and faithfully continued the work before them.
That same posture shapes this year's Forge. We believe prayer is our first response, not our last resort. From that foundation, we step forward with courage, serve with compassion, and stand watch over the vulnerable. Together, we will be reminded that while we cannot solve every problem in the world, each of us can faithfully answer God's call to protect, serve, and bring light into the darkness.
