Our customized programming changes daily and is designed to condition boxers through speed, agility, power, strength, heavy bag, shadow and mitt work. Each of these group sessions is a full body workout intended to challenge each fighters fitness level.
If cancelling, do so at least 12 hours prior to the session otherwise you will be checked in for your booking. *This policy applies to our standard BoxSTRONG sessions but does not apply for our specialized clinics which are non refundable.*
